High PH Decontamination Shampoo
Armour Detail Supply Decon Soap is a specially formulated shampoo that offers heavy-duty cleaning for your vehicle. Made with biodegradable ingredients and degreasing agents with pH value of 11, it is designed to break down old protection and remove various types of contaminants such as dirt, grime, bugs, and stains.
The high-foaming formula of Decon Soap provides exceptional cleaning power, making it suitable for use with a foam cannon or in a two-bucket wash. The unique blend of high alkalinity degreasing agents and surfactants in this shampoo ensures that it is safe to use on all types of surfaces, including paint, plastic, and metal.
With Decon Soap, you can start fresh for any new protection, polishing, or pre-detailing treatments on your vehicle. By effectively removing dirt, grime, and other contaminants, Decon Soap is a must-have for starting with a fresh canvas every time.
Decon Soap can be used for an annual deep cleaning of a ceramic coated vehicle, we recommend avoiding use on ceramic coated vehicles as a maintenance shampoo. This is because the high pH of Decon Soap can potentially strip the ceramic coating over time, reducing its effectiveness. For vehicles with ceramic coatings, we recommend using our Shampoo+ which is specifically designed for use with ceramic coatings.
DECON SOAP DILUTION RATIOS
Foam Cannon: 30ml to 80ml
Bucket: 30ml to 50ml per 10L to 15L
DIRECTIONS
1. Thoroughly rinse the vehicle.
2. For optimal results using a foam cannon, dispense 30ml to 80ml of Decon Soap, depending on the level of stripping required.
3. Apply the foam generously to the entire vehicle and allow the product to work for 2-3 minutes to effectively break down and encapsulate dirt and any existing protection.
4. Thoroughly rinse the vehicle to remove all traces of the soap.
5. Repeat the process with a 2-bucket wash, using 30ml to 50ml of Decon Soap in the bucket.

What is your return policy?
Items must be returned within 30 days in like new condition with original packaging.
To return an item, email us at sales@autobuff.com.au to receive a Return Authorisation Number and instructions. Products returned without authorisation will not be accepted.
All orders with free shipping will be charged at the standard shipping rate before a refund is issued.
If the return of a product causes the original order to fall below the free shipping threshold the remaining items and returned items will be billed for the normal shipping charges.
The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.
Who pays for return shipping costs?
AutoBuff covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will email you with instructions on how to return the product(s) to us in this situation.
Items returned for reasons other than defect or AutoBuff's error will not qualify for free return shipping. These returns include reasons such as changed my mind, did not like the product and ordered the incorrect product.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Please email us at sales@autobuff.com.au and let us know that you will be returning an item and what item you would like instead. We will email you a Return Authorisation Number. Upon our receipt of the returned item, we will ship out the new item. You will be credited or charged the price difference, less shipping, via the payment method used.
