Shipping

AutoBuff offers fast and secure shipping to anywhere in Australia via Australia Post or a courier service.

Orders over $120 will receive free shipping. (excludes bulky and heavy items over 10kg) ($250 for Trade Customers).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size and weight of your order and your location.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. During peak and sale periods there may be slight delays in dispatching.

If you are not at the delivery address on the delivery day your order will be safe dropped. Not all addresses are suitable for this service (e.g. apartments, PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers) and high value orders. If this does not suit you please leave a note on your order before your order is shipped.

We move fast to get our orders packed and dispatched as fast as possible. If your order hasn't already been packed, we should be able to cancel your order. Should you wish to cancel an order placed, we must be immediately notified via email or phone before the goods have been shipped.

If an order has already been dispatched we are unable to cancel an order. If you would like to return an order please refer to our Returns Policy.

PLEASE NOTE! All deliveries from AutoBuff are made via Australia Post or a Courier, both of which are 3rd party businesses and AutoBuff will not be held accountable for delivery times or delays.

At this point, we do not offer local pickups.

Confirmation of Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated shipping information via email. Please check this information for up-to-date shipment tracking and estimated delivery times. Alternatively, feel free to contact us and we can provide this information for you.

Where an item is not currently in stock at AutoBuff (or temporarily unavailable from our suppliers), we will notify you immediately by email. If you would like specific information on stock availability prior to ordering a product, please feel free to contact us at sales@autobuff.com.au

• AusPost Standard: 2-7 Business Days
• AusPost Express: 1-4 Business Days
• Courier Service: 2-10 Business Days (No PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers)

Please allow longer delivery times to WA, NT, North QLD, regional and remote areas.

Free Delivery

Free Shipping on orders over $120 excluding remote areas and certain weight restrictions apply for free shipping in each state.

Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for orders over 5kg with free shipping. Courier services do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.

*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.

*Additional shipping costs may apply for bulky and heavy items over 15kg that are delivered to regional areas particularly for areas in WA, NT and North QLD. For these instances, one of our team members will reach out via email to confirm once the order has been received.

International Shipping

AutoBuff ships goods Australia wide and to New Zealand, however at this time we do NOT accept other international orders under any circumstances.
