All items are available in stock unless displayed "Sold Out" Stock availability is updated in real time. If an item is sold out you will not be able to order it, if you would like to be notified when an item is back in stock enter your email in the provided box below the item price. If you would like an ETA for a sold out item please email us at sales@autobuff.com.au
Accuracy is important to us, however we are only human and we do have extremely infrequent stock errors. You are always welcome to email or call if an ETA is critical to you.
You can create an account at any time by clicking the “Login” button on the top right side of the page. Otherwise you will be prompted to register a new account at the beginning of your check out process.
We process online orders Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (AEST Time). Orders are dispatched within 1 business day for “in stock“ items. We do all we can to bring you your product, as quickly as possible.
Depending on where you are in Australia will determine how long transit times will be to you. We do email a tracking number once dispatched so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Yes, we deliver Australia wide via Australia Post and Couriers Please. This means you should have your order in the quickest time possible no matter where you are in Australia.
We use Australia Post as well as Couriers Please for our deliveries. These companies normally deliver on weekdays during business hours. There’s an exception at Christmas peak time where they sometimes extend delivery times to weekends.
If we are sending your order by Australia Post then yes residential and PO Box addresses are fine. If your order is being sent by Couriers Please then a home or business address is fine but not PO Box.
We have got you covered if in the rare occurrence that your order arrives damaged. Just let us know immediately by calling 0400 676 369 or emailing sales@autobuff.com.au and we will get the issue resolved swiftly for you.
If an order is returned to us we will contact you as soon as possible. If the return is a result of an incomplete or incorrect address submitted by you, we will need to charge you for the postage costs before resending.
