EXTREMELY VERSATILE ALL-PURPOSE CLEANER
Gtechniq W5 Citrus All Purpose Cleaner's biodegradable formula removes road grime and bug splatter with ease. It can be used for many other cleaning roles from engine bay degreasing to carpet stain removal. Use at full strength for the hardest to remove grime and up to 1:100 for less soiled areas.
Gtechniq W5 Citrus APC is specifically formulated to provide very effective cleansing without damaging coatings, waxes, sealants, or delicate trim and chrome parts.
Directions
- W5 can be used on a variety of substrates from carpets, through alloy wheels to engine bays
- Use undiluted for heavy soiling, 5:1 for general cleaning tasks and up to 10:1 for light soiling
- Spray full strength or diluted W5 directly onto the surface and allow to dwell for 5-10 minutes
- Rinse residue and repeat if necessary. In extreme cases, agitate the surface with a clean microfibre cloth
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Use product within 12 months of opening

What is your return policy?
Items must be returned within 30 days in like new condition with original packaging.
To return an item, email us at sales@autobuff.com.au to receive a Return Authorisation Number and instructions. Products returned without authorisation will not be accepted.
All orders with free shipping will be charged at the standard shipping rate before a refund is issued.
If the return of a product causes the original order to fall below the free shipping threshold the remaining items and returned items will be billed for the normal shipping charges.
The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.
Who pays for return shipping costs?
AutoBuff covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will email you with instructions on how to return the product(s) to us in this situation.
Items returned for reasons other than defect or AutoBuff's error will not qualify for free return shipping. These returns include reasons such as changed my mind, did not like the product and ordered the incorrect product.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Please email us at sales@autobuff.com.au and let us know that you will be returning an item and what item you would like instead. We will email you a Return Authorisation Number. Upon our receipt of the returned item, we will ship out the new item. You will be credited or charged the price difference, less shipping, via the payment method used.
